Steps to create favicon.

Step 1 : When you click that link then a site will appear. There you can see image option as well as keyword option.
Step 2 : For image, you can upload the image of your choice and convert into favicon.
For keyword you can simple select the alphabet and color of your choice. Then several samples will appear and you can select of your choice. There you can see download or edit option in the top of every sample from which you can download it.
Once the favicon is created and downloaded then you can go to your blogger. From layout you can just add the favicon you created by yourself of your choice and make your site look attractive.
