    KITTA ?
    It's just unit like kg, m, l.
    1kitta means 1 unit of share.

    Most of us want  to know about it but you mightn't know from where we can get knowledge abou it. If it's true then you are reading a blog that might help you.

    Market is distinguished as;
    1) Primary Market
    2) Secondary Market

    Primary Market :

    It includes the buy and sell of shares between company and people.

    IPO

    Initial Public Offering : It is the first offering of shares from public company to the public. Normally you can apply minimum of 10kitta shares. Maximum depends on company.

    Many people believe IPO IS A SAFE SIDE IN SHAREMARKET .

    Is this true?

    It may be true in many cases but it isn't true always. It depends on the company's worth, activity, performance and so on.

    To invest on IPO, one should have knowledge of fundamentals so that he/she can interpret the financial report of the company. Mainly, PE, EPS, Total assests, Total liabilities, Profit Loss, Reserves Surplus and so on.

    FPO : (Follow p Public Offering) - It is like IPO which is issued by company again after the issuing of IPO.

    RIGHT SHARE : One can apply for right share if he/she holds the share of that company. For eg. Ram holds the 10kitta share of PKP company and PKP issued the right share of 1:1. Then Ram can apply for the 10kitta right share because he holds 10kitta share.

    How to enter primary market ?
